AGREEMENT

APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION NUMBER IN ORDER TO GET A TURN IN THE PROCESS OF ACQUIRING AN APARTMENT FROM MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL COMPLEXES

1. This Agreement regulates relations between “ECOTUN” LLC (registered in 10.06.2016, registration number 271.110.913057, TIN: 01271448, 25/7 Grigor Hasratyan str., Yerevan, Armenia) /hereinafter referred to as “Constructor”/ and a Registered Person to get a turn in the process of acquiring an apartment and a parking space /hereinafter referred to as “Real Estate”/ from multi-family residential complexes constructed by “ECOTUN” LLC in the future.

2. The Registration Number is given to the Registered Person and the Registration Number is not subject to change.

3. According to this Agreement, the rights acquired by the Registered Person may not be the subject of sale or pledge, but may be transferred to another person by inheritance.

4. The Registered Person may, with the exception of the Constructor’s permission, transfer the Registration Number to another person.

5. The Registration Number is provided to the Registered Person if the Registration Fee has been properly paid.

6. The Registration Fee is not refundable to the Registered Person if:

 - The Registered Person would refuse his/her turn at any time after the signing of this Agreement,

 - The Registered Person would refuse to pay the prepayment and/or enter into the purchase and sale agreement after having received an offer to purchase real estate and mortgage/mortgage agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Purchase Agreement”),

 - The Registered Person would not be borrowed by any bank or credit institution, and so Purchase Agreement would not be signed.

7. The Registered Person is required to pay 50% payout fee if 20 days after the date of signing the Agreement, the person changes the area of the flat.

8. The Registered Fee should be returned to the Registered Person, if the Constructer and the Registered Person didn’t enter into Purchase Agreement within three years after signing this Agreement.

9. In case of refusal to buy Real Estate offered by “ECOTUN” LLC, the Registered Person retains his turn in the process of acquiring an apartment from multi-family residential complex.

10.  "ECOYUN" LLC has the right offer the non-selected Real Estate to following registered persons in accordance with their registration numbers. 

11.  This Agreement enters into force on the date of its signing and is valid for three years.
